After years of experience in event management and live streaming services – not only in Bulgaria, but all over the world, Tsvetelina, Stefan and Iskren created YEPevents.

With their clear vision and proven expertise, they decided to focus entirely on the business and NGO sector, offering not just professional event solutions, but a comprehensive partnership and long-term commitment.

YEPevents was created to be a partner of its clients – from planning to implementation, with an emphasis on modern solutions, technologies and uncompromising quality.

Tsvetelina Grozdanova is the co-founder and driving force behind YEPevents. With over 15 years of experience in event management, corporate communications, and building brand identities, she has a wealth of expertise in the field. 

From 2009 to 2024, Tsvetelina was a partner and manager in four companies in Bulgaria and Ukraine, focusing on the organization and promotion of public and corporate events. As part of Coco Agency, she led large-scale projects in Bulgaria, Germany, France, Belgium, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Ukraine.
 
Between 2020 and 2024, he was the Business Development Manager at Launchee, a leading hybrid events and training center in TSUM, Sofia. There, she played a key role in positioning the company as a leader in hybrid events, live streaming services, and podcast production in Bulgaria.
 
Among the clients she has worked with are UniCredit Bulbank, Lidl, Kaufland, Billa, Aquasource, Bosch, HP Enterprise, AstraZeneca, Eleven, BNB Paribas, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Vivacom, as well as WWF, UNICEF, Together in Class, Move.bg, the Our Children, America for Bulgaria, Fulbright Bulgaria foundations. Her experience also includes cooperation with state institutions, ministries, embassies and business associations. 

The man behind YEPevents’ high-quality streaming and video services, as well as one of the brand’s co-founders. With over 15 years of experience in live capture and video broadcasting, he works on physical, hybrid and digital events of all sizes.

His career spans sporting events, international conferences, corporate events, trainings, webinars and business meetings. Between 2020 and 2024, Stefan headed the technical and live streaming department of one of the leading hybrid event venues in Sofia, where he established himself as a symbol of professionalism in video production, live broadcasting and event recording.

Co-founder of YEPevents, as well as the person responsible for the smooth running of every event entrusted to the company.

His experience in organizing and managing events started over 13 years ago with the coordination of the major international educational exhibitions of “Integral”, and went through the organization of a number of hackathons, including the largest in the world (NASA Space Apps Challenge).

Since 2018, Iskren has been involved in the organization and coordination of festivals such as Beglika Fest, Meadows in the Mountains and Goloka Fest. He participates in numerous film and music productions, while at the same time working at the Sofia International Film Fest. From 2022 to 2024, he is responsible for the management of a number of educational and corporate events, both in-person and in a hybrid format.
